Any submissions to the application must be received in writing by 22 April 2019.

Amendments to Local Government and Planning Legislation now require the public disclosure of donations or gifts when lodging or commenting on development proposals.  Anyone lodging or commenting on a development proposal will be required to disclose any political donations or gifts they have made in the two years preceding the application.  Disclosure statements are available from Council's office.

 

Development Application No.112/2018 for an Intensive livestock agriculture: 300-1000 head cattle feedlot is currently deemed 'Stop the Clock' - Additional Information Requirements.

A preliminary assessment of the application has been undertaken, including consultation with various state agencies. The Glen Innes Severn Council has reviewed the Statement of Environmental Effects (SoEE) for the proposal and has determined that it has insufficient information to properly assess the environmental impacts of the proposal.

To assess the application further, additional information is required. This information request is issued pursuant to Clause 54 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, and is considered fundamental to the assessment of the application. The additional information is required to be supplied to Council by 15 April 2019.
