Access to Information Forms

Your right to access information held by Glen Innes Severn Council is governed by the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act).

The GIPA Act began on 1 July 2010, replacing the Freedom of Information Act 1989 and Section 12 of the Local Government Act 1993.

Application to Speak at the Public Forum

Any members of the public wishing to address Council must make application by completing and submitting:
