This information request was issued pursuant to Clause 54 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, and was considered fundamental to the assessment of the application. The additional information was required to be supplied to Council by 15 April 2019.

The applicant nominated to withdraw the application until such time as the additional information required to complete the assessment is collated.

Please note - The application was publicly exhibited from 20 December 2018 until 31 January 2019.
