NEW PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE WENTWORTH STREET

Council is pleased to announce the first stage of the Wentworth Street bridge replacement is complete.

The pedestrian bridge was manufactured off site and installed by Council’s Bridge Team who also completed the footpath tie-ins.

The next stage of the project will be the replacement of the old timber Wentworth Street road bridge, scheduled to commence in early 2024.
