Council is seeking expressions of interest from the public for the disposal of old bridge timbers from the demolition of the Mann River Bridge on Mount Mitchell Road.
Asset Details:
- 15 x hardwood girders - 7.6m long
- 12 corbels - 2.2m long
- 4 headstocks - 300 x 300 x 5.5m
- Recycled bridge decking planks are also available for purchase at Glen Innes Aggregates for $1,240 per cubic metre
Interested parties are to fill in the EOI form, and submit to Council for consideration.
Offers will be open for a four week period until Wednesday, 14 February 2024, when the successful applicant will be notified.
