Applications are open for the 2024/2025 Community Donations

Applications for the 2024/2025 Communication Donations are now closed. 

Council invites local not for profit community groups to submit a written application requesting a donation during the 2024/2025 Financial Year, up to a value of $1,500 for projects that will benefit the community. 
 

Council has a total of $15,000 available for distribution which includes $5,000 received from the Sapphire Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund. Council does not make donations to individuals. Application forms are available at the Town Hall Office, on Council website (see link below) or by contacting Council on 6730 2300. 

Please note that applicants must use Council's Application form for Community Donations(PDF, 145KB) , which lists the application guidelines. 

All applications that are submitted by 4.30pm on this day will be considered by the Committee, with recommendations made to Council addressed in a report at the October 2024 Ordinary Council Meeting. 

Community Groups that receive a Community Donation during the 2024/2025 financial year are requested to return a 2024/2025 Community Donations Report Form(PDF, 46KB) to Council by 30 June 2025. Groups that do not return this report may not receive a donation during the next funding round.

Groups that do not return this report may not receive a donation during the next funding round.
