Council is exhibiting a planning proposal under section 3.34(2)(c) and schedule 1 clause 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
Planning Proposal PP_2019_GLENI_001_00 has been prepared in response to a general review of the Glen Innes Severn Local Environment Plan 2012. The proposal incorporates a number of amendments that have arisen from strategic and development matters occurring over the preceding two years.
The planning proposal and supporting documentation are on public exhibition for a period of 21 days from Thursday 5 September 2019 to Thursday 26 September 2019.
Interested persons are invited to inspect the planning proposal and supporting documentation via the link at the top of this page or during business hours at the following locations:

- Glen Innes Severn Council office - 136 Church Street, Glen Innes,
- Glen Innes Library and Learning Centre - 71 Grey Street, Glen Innes,
- Post Offices at Deepwater, Emmaville and Glencoe.
Submissions should be in writing and can be posted, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Under section 10.4(5) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 any person who makes a submission to Council is required to disclose any political donation or gift. A Political Donation and Gift Disclosure Statement must accompany any submission lodged with Council.
