A Public Forum is held for 15 minutes before the start of Council meetings. Residents wishing to address the Public Forum (on matters in the Business Paper) at the Ordinary Meeting of Council are kindly requested to contact the Executive Assistant, Debbie Duffell, on 6730 2316 by 12 noon on the Tuesday before the meeting. Additionally, residents wishing to address the Public Forum must complete the "Application To Speak At The Community Consultation Session Held Prior To Ordinary Council Meetings" form, which is available on the Home page of Council's website - go to "Quicklinks" and then to "Council Meetings".
