HOW TO PAY COUNCIL RATES DURING LOCKDOWN
The Town Hall office is closed to the general public during the NSW Health lockdown orders for the Glen Innes Severn Local Government Area.
You can pay Council rates by these methods:
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED BY COUNCIL
• Online via Bpay and E-notices
• Credit card via telephone 6730 2300
• Cheques payable to Glen Innes Severn Council and mailed to PO Box 61 Glen Innes NSW 2370
• Payments by direct deposit for regular payments/instalments such as rates.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED AT AUSTRALIA POST
For your convenience, you can also pay Council accounts with other bills at any Australia Post outlet through:
• POST billpay
• Payment by telephone 13 18 16
• Australia Post also accepts cash for bills.
ALTERNATIVELY, by signing up to e-Notices, you can pay your rates without leaving home.
It’s easy to do in just three (3) steps:
1. Go to www.gisc.enotices.com.au and enter your email address and eNotices Reference Number (on your Rates Notice);
2. Click the validation link in your email inbox.
3. Select a password and mobile number.
You can then check your rates notices online any time.

 

ALTERNATIVE METHODS FOR PAYING COUNCIL RATES

The NSW State Government has recommended social distancing due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. Council asks that you conduct business online or via the phone where possible. Payments to Council can be made online via Bpay, Australia Post, E-notices and by credit card via phone on 6730 2300. Council is also accepting cheques by mail to Glen Innes Severn Council, P.O. Box 61 Glen Innes NSW 2370.
Ratepayers of the Glen Innes Severn Council are reminded that the quarterly rate instalments are due on or before 31 August 2021, 30 November 2021, 28 February 2022 and 31 May 2022. For more information, please contact Council's Rates Officer, Andrea Davidson on 6730 2301.
