Garden Court's Healthy & Active Ageing Program topic this month will be Diabetes. Local fitness trainer, Linley Ryan, will be promoting exercise as an integral part of ife, and Hunter New England Area Health Dietician, Ailsa Liffman, will be focusing on diets for diabetics and pre-diabetics. Join us for this free information session at the Learning Centre on Wednesday 9 July from 10 - 11.30 am. Morning tea will be provided. Everyone is welcome.
